The Township of Waterford Utilities Department is asking all Residents who use the disposable cleaning wipes to NOT flush them down their toilets and instead discard them in the trash. Although labels on the wipes claim to be safe for sewer systems, the Township on several occasions has had to repair the main sewer pumps due to clogs caused by these cleaning products.
