NOTICE OF THE 2026 REORGANIZATION MEETING OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WATERFORD, COUNTY OF CAMDEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2026 Reorganization Meeting of the Township of Waterford will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Atco Senior Center, 474 East Atlantic Avenue, Atco, NJ 08004.
The agenda will include but is not limited to the appointment of Township Officials and Township Professionals, as well as, any necessary action of the Township Committee to conduct the general business of the Township of Waterford.
This is an open public meeting in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-6. Action will be taken and agendas will be made available to the public in advance of the meeting date.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE WATERFORD TOWNSHIP JOINT LAND USE BOARD REORGANIZATION MEETING WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY, JANUARY 19, 2026 AT 7:00 PM IN THE WATERFORD TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL BUILDING LOCATED AT 2131 AUBURN AVENUE, ATCO, NEW JERSEY. BOARD APPOINTMENTS AND ANY OTHER BUSINESS WILL BE CONSIDERED. ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AT THIS MEETING.
ANYONE FROM THE PUBLIC WISHING TO SPEAK WILL BE PERMITTED TO DURING PUBLIC COMMENTS PORTION OF THE MEETING. THE BOARD AGENDA WILL BE POSTED ON THE WATERFORD TOWNSHIP PLANNING DEPARTMENT WEBPAGE IN THE BOARD AGENDAS SECTION.

PUBLIC NOTICE
WHEREAS, the meeting schedule for the Township of Waterford was adopted by Resolution #2025-7 at the Reorganiztion Meeting on January 1, 2025; and
WHEREAS, Governing Body has decided that it is in the best interest of the municipality to change the meeting schedule to only one meeting per month, beginning with March 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Committee of the Township of Waterford, Camden County, State of New Jersey that the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM prevailing time, except when otherwise noted, in the Municipal Building, 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco, New Jersey that the dates are hereby designated the Regular Official Township Committee meeting nights for the period commencing February 28, 2025 and through December 31, 2025 as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption and the second meetings of the month listed in Resolution #2025-7 are hereby canceled.
