NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WATERFORD, COUNTY OF CAMDEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Waterford Township Committee will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at the Waterford Township Municipal Building, 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco, NJ 08004.
The agenda will include, but is not limited to, Resolutions regarding Affordable Housing as well as the introduction of Ordinances related to Cannabis in the Township.
This is an open public meeting in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-6. Action may be taken and agendas will be made available to the public in advance of the meeting date.

WHEREAS, there is a need to designate official meeting dates for the Township of Waterford.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Committee of the Township of Waterford, Camden County, State of New Jersey that the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM prevailing time, except when otherwise noted, in the Municipal Building, 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco, New Jersey that the dates are hereby designated the Regular Official Township Committee meeting nights for the period commencing January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 as follows:
January 21, 2026 (3rd Wednesday) February 11, 2026 | July 8, 2026 August 12, 2026 |
March 11, 2026 | September 9, 2026 |
April 8, 2026 | October 14, 2026 |
May 13, 2026 | November 10, 2026 (Tuesday) |
June 10, 2026 | December 9, 2026 |
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that official action may be taken by the Township Committee at any and all scheduled meetings.
