The Township has reactivated the Vacant and Abandoned Properties registration program and has adopted Ordinance 2023-9.  As before, the purpose of Ordinance 2023-9 establishes the criteria for identifying and monitoring vacant and abandon residential and commercial properties within the Township, the establishment of registry, registration requirements and procedures, and the required fees.
