REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given that sealed Proposals for Requests for Proposals for AFFORDABLE HOUSING CONSULTANT SERVICES, will be received, opened and read in public at the Waterford Township Municipal Building, 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco, New Jersey 08004 on January 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time by the Waterford Township Clerk or her designee.
Copies of the Request for Proposals documents may be obtained at the Waterford Township Clerk’s Office located at 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco, New Jersey, by calling (856) 768-2300, Ext. 272 or vendors can register to download all documents from the Township website: https://waterfordtwp.org/departments/township-mayor-committee/rfps-bids/
All vendors are responsible for obtaining complete Request For Proposals documentation from the Township of Waterford at the address listed above. IN the event of any inconsistencies between this advertisement, as published, and the Request For Proposals documentation, the Request For Proposals documentation shall control. The Township of Waterford intends to award any contract(s) for these services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44-1) et seq.

All bids are advertised in the Courier Post and on our Official Municipal Website. All sealed bids must be submitted in accordance to the terms and conditions stated in the bid package.

Bids are opened and read in public at the date, time and place specified in the “Notice to Bidders”
