NOTICE
TOWNSHIP OF WATERFORD, COUNTY OF CAMDEN
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) AND QUALIFICATIONS
FOR YEAR 2025 MUNICIPAL PROFESSIONALS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that sealed proposals for the Year 2025 Municipal Professionals will be received and publicly opened by the Township of Waterford in the County of Camden on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 10:00a.m. in the Conference Area of the Clerk’s Main Office of the Municipal Building, 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco, NJ 08004.
Copies of the RFP will be available online at www.waterfordtwp.org and at the Township Clerk’s Office in the Township of Waterford Municipal Building, 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco New Jersey, 08004.
One (1) original and one (1) complete copy of each proposal must be received no later than Friday, December 13, 2024 at 10:00a.m. and must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked RFP 2025 Township Professional with the “name of the position” on the outside of the envelope and addressed to: Township Clerk, Waterford Township, 2131 Auburn Avenue, Atco, New Jersey 08004.
All contracts will be awarded through a fair and open process pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. and in accordance with P.L. 1975, c. 127 (Affirmative Action Law), P.L. 2004, c.57 (Business Registration Act) and Ordinance 2017-4 of the Township of Waterford entitled “Public Contracting (Pay-to-Play) Reform”. If awarded a contract all companies/firms shall be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.

All bids are advertised in the Courier Post and on our Official Municipal Website. All sealed bids must be submitted in accordance to the terms and conditions stated in the bid package.

Bids are opened and read in public at the date, time and place specified in the “Notice to Bidders”

Notice is hereby given by the Township of Waterford that a bid request in accord with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. Seq. will be received by the Township on December 6, 2024 at 10:30am prevailing time publicly broadcast and recorded on zoom and conducted on electronic platform, in accord with N.J.A.C. 5:34-1 et. Seq., on BIDNET at www.bidnetdirect.com//twpofwaterford

NOTE:
it is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the bid package is uploaded to the e-procurement site by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery.

The Township of Waterford will award this bid to the lowest responsible bidder in accord with the New Jersey Local Publics Contract Law.
This procurement has been advertised in accordance with the “Fair and Open Basis” and nothing further shall be required under the Pay-to-Play Legislation (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5).
